HAYLEY LEACH-STRATTON

ASSOCIATE

Hayley Leach-Stratton is an Associate who hopes to expand her practice in the areas of civil rights, employment law, and special education disputes. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in May 2025, where she earned a Public Interest Law Certificate and served as a law clerk at Kennedy Hunt during her final year of school.

Hayley’s passion for disability and education advocacy is rooted in both personal and professional experience. Inspired by her younger brother’s autism diagnosis and her time as a Teach For America educator, she brings a strong commitment to advancing equity and access for all students and families.

Nationally recognized for her autism advocacy and internationally active in awareness efforts, Hayley has co-authored books, spoken to audiences across the country, and appeared on national media platforms promoting inclusion.
