Bob Delaney resigned on June 19, 2013,
shortly after an investigation by the Equal Opportunity Office revealed that multiple employees reported Mr. Delaney routinely kissed and groped female employees, used racial slurs, drank on the job, and harassed employees with disabilities. We are working with the county to obtain reinstatement, back-pay and damages for our client.
